Your baby is so cute! Yep it's puppy acne. I wipe my pups face every night with witch hazel pad it's helped a lot with the pimples since he tends to smoosh his face into stuff he wants to smell

yep, puppy pimple. my pup had one under his chin. like Ashleym, i used witch hazel pads and it seemed to clear it up.
