Help Needed! Want to switch out of Fromm

We are currently feeding our dog Fromm Beef Frittata Veg. We love this food but due to our location, it's making it impossible to constantly order via mail. SO we want to switch to possibly blue buffalo wilderness and wanted t o see what others are using. We want to find something high in protein and just as good as Fromm only easier to purchase, thanks!

I know that some bullys are allergic to chicken so if that's the route you go, start with a small bag and watch for a reaction. Be sure to do a slow transition too.

We like our blue buffalo - however, if you are looking for a single protein source, read their bags carefully - *MOST* (not all) have chicken as an ingredient. The Fish flavors do not so if there is an issue with Chicken, be careful which you buy.

We use the 'Basics' which is limited ingredients

No help here. I too have to order Fromm online BUT I actually prefer to shop this way so it works out great for me. Lol

Have you tried scheduling shipments of Fromm from Pet Flow. Doesnt get much easier than that. Every so many weeks (you set) they ship to you.

We use BB Widerness Salmon and we switched from BB chicken and rice and it made a HUGE difference on the gassiness and size of his poop. Since its grain free, im told its better absorbed nutritionally,so they eliminate less,And hardly any gas AT ALL.... must say, i sometimes miss his gas...its just my mental association w the flat faced breeds LOL

We use Blue Buffalo Lamb and Rice and Roxy does really well on it.

It really all depends on what your dog is allergic to, if anything. The Blue Buffalo overall is a really high quality food, though, for sure.

I just switched to blue buffalo wilderness salmon from the blue buffalo basics Turkey & potato grain free the wilderness is grain free to I love it he. twice a day now vs 5 - 6 times a day he doesn't itch anymore his face isn't pink pink anymore I really like this food an my dogs do to I can't get it in their bowls fast enough

Hi Graciesmamma! Another one you could try is Natures Variety Instinct, Petco carries this food. They also have two limited ingredient formulas as well. try a small bag first no matter which you choose, and switch slowly.

I would go with the wilderness It's a six star food an the other bb are four star. Don't get me wrong their is nothing wrong with buying a four star but I was just on a four star bb an switched to wilderness an it made a huge difference so good luck in whatever you choose!
