Help Needed! Vomiting, not eating, vet checks out fine

Glad to hear he is doing better! I agree with everyone else.. insist on xrays and barium if it happens again! Our vet stuck with thinking it was allergies, etc, and not wanting to do big tests until our baby Aubrey got too sick and they sent us to a vet school hospital. She had an intestinal deformity that they thought kept blocking and clearing, making her have a cycle similar to your pup. Unfortunately for our gal, we found out when it was completely blocked and too late; 4 surgeries and they couldn't fix her so we had to let her go.

Don't settle! Insist on getting real answers and further testing if it happens again. We found that out the hard way.
