URGENT!!! Vomiting for 24 hrs can't hold down water

I got your pm but I'm having trouble replying! I appreciate you always!!! Sorry I disappeared just had a lot of crap! We waited a little and he didn't throw up again this morning after drinking! We took him for a short walk to see if he had energy and he did good! He ate some. Land chicken and so far keeping it all down We are going to wait until Tommorow morning bc I don't trust the ER vet

Hope you and he boys are well!!! It's been too long!!! So far today he is much better and holding down food and water (bland diet) We are golfing to our normal vet Tommorow morning

Roe I cant offer any advice as I have never had this but such good advice from the others just want to send my prayers and hoping all improves with Brutus.

I hope he is doing better and keeping everything down. It may have just been a bad bug. Keep giving him water and maybe some more bland food.

Thank you so much for the support all!!! Brutus had a very good day yesterday and held all food and water down! He did poop but it was a little runny (kinda formed) so we are calling the vet at 9 when they open and see what they want us to do! I cannot says how much I hate the Westfield ER Vet! They were horrible!!!!

Brutus is acting himself again also! He is jumping on the window ledge to look out window! This morning he decided to try and get in the pack and play with the baby

Glad that Brutus is doing better. Hope he checks out as being okay! A couple of nights ago, I spent all night cleaning up vomit, Maude was vomiting all night long. She kept drinking and then would vomit again. I was really getting scared and could see nothing in the vomit but her food and some grass. Finally I gave her a pepcid-it stayed down, and she went to sleep in the morning. That day she was fine, I fed her small amounts-she has been fine since! On a side note-my cousin lived in Westfield all her life. My aunt lived in Woodbridge! [MENTION=4246]ChanelnBrutus[/MENTION] Please let us know how Brutus is.

Well we had an eventful day! Brutus is definatley acting like himself and is chasing squirrels and birds lol Our amazing vet said she would recommend another X-ray but not just yet! The X-ray is between 500-900 She thinks that whatever he ate is passing as he is now able to hold food and water! She also said bc his poop is somewhat firm (he pooped in her office she thinks he can pass on his own! She wants us to keep an eye on him and his stool to ensure no blood!

Brutus eats everything and anything so I am not sure what he could have gotten He has eaten pacifiers and pooped them out with no prob! There is now a baby gate on Gianni's door bc Brutus just can't help himself!!!! I will post some pictures of the kiddos Tommorow
