Toy for puppy

All,

I am trying to make my little Sky more comfy in his crate. He is 3 mths old.

Do you think:
1. I can give him Kongs?
2. Can i give him Kong's peanut butter paste inside the Kongs?

Am just worried that peanut butter will add his weight or sort. Or if it is only for adult dog.

Any experience and recommendation are welcomed.

Kongs are great for a teething puppy.... I use regular reduced fat/sugar PB for my guys, once a week will not hurt his weight at all. And, stuff the Kong, then freeze it.. last a little longer and helps with the teething pain
