So I love the summer and the hotter temps but this is out of control! Checking the weather at 5:52 and it is currently 101* with a real feel of 118* 48% humidity and 78 dew point. It is way too hot! Walking outside is like walking right into a brick wall ! Days like today make me happy I have an office job I feel so bad for anyone that has to work outside

And to think it has been oddly cool by me. Today it was only 88 with 100% humidity yet it felt nice for a change.

We have had the best summer..mild and cooker than normal..UNTIL now! 95 and super humid. Since. We don't get humidity, it's nasty! Fall, my favorite time of the year, can't come fast enough!

Stay cool as you can...Loki needs a nice fan and tall cool drink!

I heard the mid-west is having some really awful weather...heard that schools are closing early since some classrooms don't have A/C! We here in So Cal have been lucky so far...but like Becky said, currently it's HOT and humid. Very tropical-like. Usually when we have relatively mild weather during August, we get the real heat waves in Sept and October...sorry [MENTION=2092]JAKEISGREAT[/MENTION], but i think the worst is still yet to come! (sorry for being such a pessimist)...

Nicole is right, WI is having tropical weather right now. But overall it has been a very cool summer. At least we dont have the drought that we had last year.

The weather here in Australia is strange too, we are still in winter for another week yet and for the past month we have been in our summer clothes it has been really hot here in Qld and to think we still have spring and summer doesn't officially start until the 1st of December. We have had so many snakes already which is not good news and in town too which is a bit scary.

Our weather has been very strange this year Loki and I went and made a legit massive snowman on 5/2 after all the snow had melted and then fell again. We had snow on 10/27 until 5/4 it was the longest winter! We figure the weather is about 3 weeks behind this summer.

It is back to nasty and sticky here today. 97 for a high and 100% humidity for a real feel of about 110 to 115.. Downtown it is much worse and wouldn't surprise me if the real feel was pushing 125 to 130.
