Yes like Phil mentioned I tried the soaking for a week and a half..it was areal pain putting him in the tub a couple of times a day..then I bought the vetericyn like Phil and applied it directly and it cleared up,the cyst pretty quickly! Good luck..allergy season is the worst..the yellow film is starting here now too!
