Swollen gum?

Hello! Otis has been smacking and burping a lot more recently so I checked his gums to see if something was in there. I noticed the gum is a little swollen near one tooth...at least I think it might be? Any suggestions?

It does look swollen, if it doesn't look better tomorrow, a trip to the vet may be in order.
