Swimming...

Well sort of...

We've had a lot of rain here in the last little while and a few of our soccer fields have turned into small lakes. So a friend and I were walking our girls and thought it would be fun to introduce Roxy to water. We were passing one of the fields that had a ton of water in it, and there was a small can floating along that Roxy figured she wanted, so with no coaxing she beelined it straight for the water...she had a blast, walking and swimming around it was so funny. My friend managed to snap a couple pictures with her phone...


I kept her leash on just in case she got into trouble and I had to pull her out, but I think she really enjoyed herself. Afterwards we went home, got a good rinse and chilled on the couch.

Good for her! Jake really doesn't like swimming! We have put him in our pool a few times and he's not quite gotten over it yet!

She's definitely swimming in certain areas lol, she also has short legs !! I think she enjoyed herself, when we go for walks now she MUST step through every puddle we come across, where before she would avoid them with everything she had, haha!

AWE that is wonderful! Sheldon doesn't quite like our pool he will get on the top step and sometimes the second he loves the creek out beside my parents house because he can wade into as deep as he wants to go. Last year I had to go in after him because he didn't want to come out. LOL.

He loves the creek and he never shies away from a bath LOL
