From the beginning when we first thought about gettting her I called her Lou Lou....and when I call her Lou Lou her lil tail just swings so that is what I call her

I agree. She looks like she's trying to float. Maybe you can get her a safety vest for swimming and try her in a pool. Looks like she's had prior experience. This is a win-win situation here.
