So we had it scraped and tested. Nothing came back, just normal cells. Going to do a medicated shampoo and antibiotics to see if it helps her overall skin issues (constant pyoderma on her chin- which may of spread to this lump since she's always licking her *** lol) and I'm going to follow up with a dermatologist to get a long term plan so we don't just keep giving her antibiotics.

Last weigh in for Louie he was 44.7 pounds but he’s definitely got a lot more growing!
