My little family has had 4 dogs since my husband and I met, and we’ve named them after a form of food, candy, snack, etc. we always get asked why we name them like that, but we just felt it went with them! What’s wrong with that!?

We’ve had a chawheenie named Twix

Then we had cinnamon, a mix

Oreo, the miniature schnauzer

And our baby bully Brisket!

Oh I love your name theme!! My first was named Bogey because I just started golfing. The breeder named Jackson so we kept it. We are boring.

Dogs - Nala, Roxie, Bella, Winston, Wellie, Sherlock, Cromwell, Bentley, Chelsea, Winnie & Beatrix (our Bella had a litter of pups)
Cats - Midi, Baby, Zoe & Scully
Turtles - Nacho & Salsa
Guinea Pigs - Penny, Smores & Cinnamon
Hermit Crabs - it's been so long ago I don't remember... Lol

Nitshcke - Packers linebacker
Banks - Cubs baseball
Chelios - Blackhawks hockey
Lambeau - Packers field/coach

Our first EB was named Bella Rose by her first pawrent. She had a full Georgia Bulldogs wardrobe including a cheerleader outfit. When we adopted her, my Florida Gators fan husband got rid of her entire wardrobe. She looked so weird with her grumpy face in her cheerleader outfit, hah hah. So my husband also changed her name from Bella to Bullie because it just seemed more appropriate. Hah hah.

Our 2nd EB is named Angus because he grew up on a ranch with the Angus cows.

My first German Shepherd was named Megabyte, Byte for short. We had stupid kids in the neighborhood that would sometimes tease my dog through the fence, so I would yell at the dog... Byte! Those kids would run home and tell their mothers I trained my dog to bite them. Yeah, kids. Keep thinking that and stop messing with my dog.
