Hi Marlene, we use the Braggs Organic apple cider vinegar, with the mother in it, it has a brown sediment at the bottom, you have to shake it before using, and store it in the fridge once its opened. I buy it at Nutrition House for $9.99 a bottle lasts a long time, but you can also buy ACV at the grocery store in the health food section or the Organic section. Regular ACV is fine to use too, you will still get the health benefits.
