puppy nose color question

When a puppy's nose is not entirely black, do they stay that way as they grow or do they typically get all black? We have put down a deposit on a puppy (I can't believe we're getting another one), and she her nose is not entirely black. Just worried it stays that way. Thanks.

Means different things...there’s a gene of colour in the pup, allergies, born with pink nose then turn black...all depends.

By a wide margin most noses turn black. I have seen a few that did not...but it is very rare.

Agree -- high percentage turn black.. Lambeau had a pink 'star' until he was 2 yrs old... now at 3 it is all black

It is normal if puppy nose is pink and black spotted and gradually it becomes completely black! Liver colour usually won’t tirn black, but pink will turn black.

Moose had two perfectly symmetrical white spots on his nose as a puppy. Now there's barely any white and he's all black.
