Post Op Update

Harlea had her first post Op appointment today and according to her vet she is doing fantastic and is a bit ahead of schedule in her recovery. He was happy with the way she was walking and her overall all excitement not to mention that she hasn't gained any weight after being cooped up for so long. So now we are on to the next phase and she doesn't have to be cooped up anymore so she can be with her humans again but she has to remain on a leash while outside for another month until she goes back in for her next appointment. Happy days are slowly coming back for sure.

Darn... We usually get early appointments as my wife is the one that takes her in before she goes to work but I happened to be off as well today so I got to go.

Thanks all. As we are in and out of town the next few days doing college stuff with my daughter we are keeping her cooped up until the weekend to make it easier on my dad who is watching her.
