Need help please!!

Ok so I've connected with a lady in Florida,specifically near Pensacola!She is in need of finding a bulldog vet, or University that can perform TPLO surgery on her girl bully.Her dilemma is some want 3000 and up,she has contacted Auburn and UF and they want 3200 to 4000.If she has to pay that she will but everyone tries to at least see their options.So please if anyone has a contact or any info please let me know,asap..Thank you my bulldog family.Here in Arkansas the cost was 1300 with laser therapy included...
