General Question lower red eyelids solution?

I cant seem to figure out why Louie's eyes and eyelids are always red.. i fed him avoderm chicken and brown rice for puppies but recently changed to salmon and potato but to no luck he's tear stains have gotten a bit better with the switch but as far as his red eyes they remain the same.. the vet suggested the food change but i think im going to switch all around to fromm hopefully that makes his eyes better.. has anybody had this problem before?

yes they are very red, I use eye wash and allergy drops or moisture drops for their eyes, also benedryl helps with the allergies too. but you are right about the tear stains coming from food.

The only bully I have that has red eyes is foster, Bella, and that's the eye with the cherry eye in it. Other than that I haven't had to deal with this!

If you think it is the food then I do highly recommend the Fromm 4* range!!
