Kudos to you for taking that poor shivering sweet girl in. And SHAME on your neighbors for leaving her out running loose, especially in that weather. Short hair dogs like her cannot tolerate the cold, they're not equipped for it. Personally if it was me I would offer to adopt her if they'd be willing. She's beautiful but looks sad. Sounds like your neighbors aren't meant to have a dog. Hope all turns out well for her.

Thanks for taking her in and keeping her warm.

I don't know what I would've done if my neighbour was like that. Probably would ask him if I could take the poor pup in and found a better home for her (if I couldn't take care of her). Poor gal.
