Lockjaws cherry eye update!

So, since the initial fail, I've been going back and forth on what I should do (repair vs removal).
I just took my dilemma back to my breeder for his advice. He recommended repair and also recommended taking him to his vet. (Breeder and vet are in another town about 2 1/2 hrs away). I sent him pics and he then spoke with his vet (small breed and bulldog specialist).
Vet said he can do the repair and my breeder is going to pay for it. (He's charging 1/2 what the repair would have cost me if I went back to the original vet that did Lockjaws first tack).
This will probably all happen end of May, beginning of June. But I'm so relieved to know that Lockjaw will be in good hands and that hopefully we won't have to go through this again.

Funny, I was thinking of you and Lockjaw last night. Each time I look and think of Nyala's repair, I think of LJ. And now I see your FANTASTICOOOOOO update news. Way cool!!!! Go for it. Thank you!! I'm so relieved! I have to build up a little more leave to be able to take off enough time with him. But in the end I'm glad it's working out!
