Licking back legs?

Hi everyone! I noticed my bully will lick his back legs from time to time but I have no clue why? Has anyone ever had their pup do this?

Dogs licking is normal, may have an itch, or just "cleaning" themselves. It's when the licking is excessive that it becomes a problem. You say "from time to time" which doesn't sound like very much.

Like [MENTION=8741]Manydogs[/MENTION] mentioned, time to time is normal n you mentioned leg(s) so he’s not only on one leg. What you can do is give him a good bath.

Licking feet to the point of causing redness and irritation is most likely from allergies, contact/atopic dermatitis. During the allergy season, use Tucks or Baby wipes to clean his feet a couple times a day should help.
