Lame front paw

So Tipsy all of the sudden is limping on the front right paw. She doesn't want to put pressure on it. I notice she was licking it and as I went to look at the paw, the snatched it away as if it was hurting her. I can't get her to the vet until tomorrow, is this something major? Should I inspect the paw, she doesn't want me to touch her paw. Worried!!!

Inspect it for sure, she may have something stuck, a piece of something you can remove. Or maybe a blister/sore - Clean the paw well - you can soak in bowl with some Epsom salt....
