Lambeau yearly check up

He did great... flying colors, weight is 58.5 so I want to get him down to 55 as he is 'round' and no definition to his waist.

By the way, he slept through the exam

What does the yearly check up consist of? Is it common in the US to take dogs in for such a check up? Is it included in / required by your insurance?

No insurance for us, it not required by any means, but I choose to do so. Depending on age or where you live there may be a shot needed. But it includes blood work, fecal checks, teeth evaluation, ears , eyes and nose checked... heart and lungs listened to.

I just love knowing they are in good shape and nothing is hiding from us

That did add to it, but he went after Cheli and while waiting his turn, he took a nap. Lewis ad to left him onto the table an he laid down and went back to sleep to be a Bulldog, well, my bulldog

Congrats to Lambeau! Took my boy, Colossus, in today - passed with flying colors. Vet was happy with the weight loss (55 last year 47 this year - I think hes too light, but she says otherwise).

Theres no sleeping with Colossus and "new" ladies, he just puffs his chest and starts lovin on them. I would too, if I spent 95% of my waking time with just me.
