After the terrible news I had last week, I have some pretty exciting news. Late last week, I went to check out another litter of puppies and am pleased to introduce Tucker to all of you on here. He is not the bulldog I would have ever seen myself falling for, but when I first saw him, I knew he was meant to come home with me. I have never been a brindle fan, but his red brindle is very nice looking. The breeder we got Tucker from was excellent. They breed for show quality pups and have bred over 25 AKC champions since they began with E.Bs. I was only able to see his mom, the dad was out west getting ready for a show.
Since bringing him home, he has been a joy around the house. Although only 8 weeks old, he has quickly picked up that he needs to go to the door when he has to go outside to do his business. We took him to the vet last Friday and he checked out excellent, except for a very minor umbilical hernia which the vet said should not ever cause any discomfort and would be repaired if we decide to neuter him. She even took him around the office to show him off to everyone and take his picture for their Facebook page.
