that is great news! i'm on a job interview right now in Boston, three day interview, prestige all around me. yikes!

I'm interviewing someone tomorrow. This is my very very first time interviewing somebody. It's very scary to think that this person's future is in my hands. I got this steady pain in my stomach from the dread that the person wouldn't do well and I'll have to tell the folks over in Personnel we're not giving him the job. Looking at his job history in his resume, it seems like he hasn't had a job in over a year...
