Whoever said they aren't is lying or they have never raised one. Just like most cats when they want attention they seek it and when they want to be left alone they let you know. Heck Our oldest one is a lap cat and cover hog.
I'm not a Cat person. But I have a lot of friends with cats so I make myself tolerate them...

Here are my 3.
First one is our brown spotted Captain Ron. He was injured by a litter mate as a kitten and is blind in his left eye. He is 5.
The second one is Mayz our snow marble and just turned 8 on Valentine's day.
The last one is Neo our snow spotted. He turns 9 next month and is a cuddle bug.
Not pictured is Scrat our 10 year old grey and white tabby.

No problem. I wasn't a huge cat fan until we got our first Bengal even though we already had our tabby. The are funny and a pain in the arse at the same time similar to bully babies.
