They posted today that she is making friends with one of the other bullies, Agnes.... The rescue seems hopeful she is coming out of her shell, but still very fearful and has a very long road in front of her. She is just about a year old, poor sweet baby

OMG she is a baby still. I'm so glad she is coming around lil by lil. Maybe it will help her recover from everything she has been through. Thank u so much for updates on her.

Saw it on fb too, and so I liked the rescue group so I could follow the progress. As hard as it is to bear, this sort of thing goes on daily with thousands of dogs of all breeds. Another reason I prefer dogs to most humans I know or have met. Dogs give unconditional love and dedication to their human owners and this is how too many of them are repaid. But thankfully there are people who care

Yes she is starting to be coming out of her shell!!! She is still young and I am 100% sure she will be great in few months!!! Now I wish they could just put that person who did that behind bars!

I saw that too! She is really coming along. And it sounds like they are going to be able to look into her murmur soon as well. Way to go Pearl!
