How you know it's time to vacuum...

I got the Dyson pet that i use everyday and I still have to run a lint roller over clothing and school bags before heading out. I only have one pet that sheds and I don't even have carpet...

That's why I want to get the dyson pet vacuum. Works awesome but pricey.

We have a Dyson but not the pet vacuum.... does it come with a real long hose so it can be in another room?
