Just wanted to see how or what people use when cleaning their bullies wrinkles. I do use non scented baby wipes for my two

I use a cotton ball and dip it into a water/peroxide mix. My vet recommended that and it seems to do a good job. On the rest rest of his body I use a cleansing whipe for dogs made by God and have nonscented baby wipes for his rear end.

We use Duoxo pads and occasionally Witch Hazel. Those 2 are gorgeous, WOW!

Usually unscented baby wipes, then dry with a paper towel after.

Well now, I have used a variety of things on my two but what I have found amazing is the noxema face pads my daugther uses. They work great and neither of them have/had a reaction to them. Its great and much cheaper than Duoxo pads. I have also used witch hazel but the noxema pads are great for the tail pockets too. Trial and error like everything else with bullies. Good luck!

what do you put on if you get a sore? My vet told me Destin was toxic and I should not use it. Do you dry the wrinkles with a cloth after the wipes? Do you use the wipes for tear stains too?

Really --- never heard that one... will have to ask my vet next time I am in.

If there is a sore, you can use neosporin or Vetricyn. You could also use witch hazel, which is an astringent. When using witch hazel to clean the folds, I usually don't have to dry because it evaporates fairly quickly. I don't think wipes leave much moisture but it probably couldn't hurt to do a quick wipe with a dry towel.
