hot spots and fur loss

our girl tallulah is five years old..a year ago she started having hot spots and fur loss...fur just coming off in chunks and her scratching herself raw...shes having her second bout currently...like the first time she was given a shot of " cytopoint " to help and it does slowly improve the problem. nothing has changed from start. same living situation..same food..etc etc..
next we are going to try allergy testing... has anyone had a similar problem? they took a skin sample and said she had a yeast infection and a bacterial infection. any thoughts..suggestions or solutions out there?

What are you feeding? Brand and protein.

Hotspots are usually due to weak immune system… give a probiotic with meals.
