probably because it doesnt smell right. I now have a few blankets and always rotate them so that she always has one that smells like her while the others are washingI wash the cushion but leave the blanket then the day after wash the blanket leaving her cushion..it works for us.
Thanks Lucy, when I think about it, you're probably right. We'll give it a shot.
