to the site. Farts are fairly easy to reduce but not fully eliminate. Good food and Kefir or plain yogurt daily help a ton.

A tablespoon or two is enough. Helps keep the digestive system in order so while they will still fart it won't smell as bad.

to EBN! What a cutie you have there Make sure that you give her plain, unsweetened yogurt. We use Greek yogurt, as it has triple the probiotics. What food is your baby eating?

Welcome to EBN! I give plain yogurt on their night time "snack". They LOVE it(I have to sneak-if I eat yogurt..) and they almost never have gas. OR maybe I'm immune to it!!!
