Help with nose rope/cleaning

We have a 5 month old English Bulldog who we were previously cleaning her folds with Squishface Wipes. We noticed there’s been a bit of brown buildup as well as redness in the area and it doesn’t seem right. I’ve been cleaning it with just a sensitive baby wipe and keeping it as dry as possible but it doesn’t seem to get better (I wipe it once a day). Has anyone else had this issue? We may take her into the vet in case there is an infection. Thank you.
