Finally decided to sell the house - Need tips on what to renovate / change

Jaimie, I say, DECLUTTER! as much as possible. For me, that meant dismantling my bookshelves and putting my books away. In my case, I had so many books that my realtor said he became distracted when he walked into my condo just looking at my books! I also took down all family photographs, got new bedding and pretty throw pillows. And got the place professionally cleaned several times while it was listed. I would go w/neutral paint for the walls. When i go to open houses I seem to like the homes w/neutral colors versus the bolder shades.
