I also use the Duoxo wipes. When they get bad i rub the folds with a little duoxo shampoo on a wet cloth and let it sit there for 10 min and clean off and dry with paper towel. Followed up by a Duoxo wipe.
keeping it clean after eating and drinking is key i think

Hello all. Got Charles Barkley at 3yo and his rope nose was very wet and inflamed all of the time, he was on RC and then Hills ( yes I know, thanks to this site) before coming to me. I was then cleaning him three times a day, drying folds with tissues and then the MalAcetic wipes... not a good fit, he ran and hid when he saw the Malacetic container. I changed his food to Blue Buffalo (salmon) and notice a big change for the better, with both tear stains and rope nose issues. If I have to use any wipes now, and I rarely do I use KETOHEX wipes, my boy doesn't mind them at all. Good luck and Happy New Year to all.

I don't have wrinkle problems with my boy. But he's got other issues I deal with. Good luck.

I use witch hazel on a cotton pad.
