At least 61 English Bulldogs according to Meetup.com
I lost count, there were so many.

Free Parking!
Views of The Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz!
A nice sandy beach for the fur babies to romp on!
Some even swam!
Nice cool weather (68*F).
Nice people!
Well behaved bullies - even Walley Bubba, he's really responding to the training!
What could possibly be any better!

We love SF. Ann is a native San Franciscan. I'm transplanted from UK and LA. Went back to LA but was thoroughly miserable there so returned here to the East Bay in 91.
So many neat things to do.
The Opera (Showboat, La Traviata, Madam Butterfly, Carmen, The Barber of Seville).
AT&T Park (two grand slam home runs last weekend, one by the catcher (Posey), the other by the pitcher (Bumgarner)).
The Stinkin Rose in North Beach ("we garnish our garlic with a little food" - our favorite restaurant).
The Pride Parade - so many people, the ultimate street party.
And of course, Crissy fields (Ann and I fell in love there on our first date all those years ago).

Oh I loved the Stinking Rose! I lived in Alameda for over two years and really enjoyed all the things the bay area had to offer (except the traffic, of course). Very cool that you guys got to move back there. :D

Looks like it was fun! We went to the one around easter time and there were a lot of bulldogs that day too. Wish we could make it more often!
