Elsie comes to FEBR as a sweet girl. She is only 8 months old and will be ready soon to meet her forever family. First she will just need surgery to correct her Cherry eyes. She is a black and white English bulldog with brown on her feet. Get your applications in now because she will likely not be at FEBR long!
