Dozer is not impressed with the start to his New Year. Daddy is home today, and decided it was bath day and wash the crates day. We didn't even say the "B" word, but Dozer somehow knew he was being led to the bathroom. Lol. He looked so sad, but oh so cute.

Oh Dozer. I'm in love with his face!!! I do have soft spot for Dozer's though.
It is so funny how they just "know" something is up

He's such a cutie. Love that tongue...lol..

Blue also hates bath day. He becomes a dead weight and refuses to move.

Even unhappy,,, he is handsome. dreaded bath time

Awwww poor baby boy, he didn't look very happy. :)

Geez, I just had a bath! Never again is too soon! The first picture is pitiful. Love that tongue, don't get soap on my tongue!!!

I just Love his tongue, he is so sweet, I would love to kiss his Precious Face, I kiss Elmo's face all the time.

Aww so cute!!! I guess that Blossom didn't want to hang out in case she was next… Lol

Trying to get Bella in the bath is like trying to get blood out of a stone, she'll be coming up a year next month & she's only been in once lol

LOL! He sure had a good time. We had a dog that could spell bath and he'd slowly walk away like he couldn't be seen or heard. Does Dozer's tongue hang out the entire time?

Yes lol, dozers tongue always hangs out. He has a genetic defect in his jaw. It didn't show up until he was 5 months old, and went through a growth spurt. His jaw grew longer than it should be, and when the vet checked him, we discovered that he is also congenitally missing two of his bottom molars. This causes him not to be able to close his mouth completely because his top and bottom jaws don't meet. It doesn't affect him in any way other than he eats a little slower than his sister, and we add warm water to his kibble to make it a little softer for him to chew, and his tongue always either sticks out like he's sticking his tongue out at you, or it hangs out to the side, and oh yeah he drools a little more than his sister too, because his mouth is open. Lol, and he gets a dry tongue sometimes, so we always have water available for him. Dozer eats, sleeps and plays with his tongue out. Lol. You can see from his picture of the side view how his jaw is longer than it should be, and you can see his picture as a puppy with his sister when we picked them up from the breeder, he didn't have that. We love him the way he is though, it gives him character, and his face always brings a smile to my face. He's our Dozey.
