I am looking at collars for my new arrival. I will not leave it on the house for fear of him getting caught ect....

I like this one, but would you get the one in the picture or a half check chain? I wouldn't want get something that will hurt him 😥

We use harness for walking ,due to their short necks and breathing im to afraid i do some damage rather than good so we only use collar to keep Lillys tag on

Yes, I am going to get a Puppia Harness too, does it look comfortable enough to hold a tag?

O think so -it looks light enough ;-)

We do the same as Pati. We only use the collar for her tags and she wears a harness when we go on walks. However, when it is raining out i will put he on a leash connected to her collar as a means to keep her from the puddles but that is the only time and it is usually less than 5 minutes.

Same as others.... collar is for show and tags only, harness for walking

The one in the pic would work, and so happy you will not leave it on in the house. :2thumbs:

My Bullmastiff never wears a collar in the house. I have always taken them off with all my dogs over the years :0)

that collar would work just fine, I like the others, use a collar just for holding tags and to look good  but for walks my fur-kids wear a harness.

I LOVE that collar!!! And I agree w/the gang… my dogs don't wear collars in the house ;)
