Carrots??

Abby and Jackson love carrots. I par boil a bunch break them it bite size bits put them in the fridge then my fur babies have nice healthy snacks

Another summer time treat we like giving ours is, and the kids might like them too, is take plain yogurt and mix with peanut butter, about half and half, or to your liking, then drop little spoonfuls on wax paper covering a cookie sheet, then freeze. Once frozen, we take them off the sheet and put them in a zip-lock bag, for quick access treats. The bullies love them.

Thanks for the idea for a new treat! Mayhem loves yogurt and peanut butter, but I would have never thought of combining the two!

the carrots? or the frozen treats? I feed Sheldon carrots when I am eating them or if I want to teach him a new command, [MENTION=2071]Davidh[/MENTION] how often do you feed them the frozen treats and how many?

Any of it. I figure in moderation is the obvious answer but I def don't want to overdo even a healthy thing

Carrots are about the only thing that Colossus will chew (other than his crunchy fruitables). He also likes cantaloupe, apples, sweet potatoes, green beans, and yogurt.

All right thank you so much...I just wasn't sure Sheldon will sit and wave or high paw for carrots he will do just about anything you command him too for a carrot or my peanut butter cookies.
