Bruno is an English/Olde English Bulldog cross. He came to ABR after a breeder was advised to euthanize due to rapid weight loss and frequent GI problems. Bruno has lots of fun with other dogs and would be a very happy boy if his forever family had a playmate for him. He is very well behaved and could be adopted by a family with kids over 8 years old.

BRUNO Update ~ Our sweet boy's health continues to perch precariously on the verge of disaster. Dr Katie (at Fishcreek) has reviewed his recent xrays and says they are worse than she has ever seen from him. His duodenum (the tube that goes ...from the bottom of this stomach to the top of his intestines) has stretched and is now bigger than his actual stomach. This means food is not digesting properly and is not absorbing nutrients properly. This also leads to increased loose stools.
Bruno will never be able to be neutered - he will never be able to be fasted and sedated. He will have a shortened life expectancy and will have a special diet for the rest of his life.
ABR would like to thank his wonderful foster family for cleaning up poopy messes EVERY day and still loving him unconditionally. He loves you guys and we are so blessed to have you in
