So it looks like our Abbott has what appears to be bruised nail beds on his front paws.Has anyone experienced this?

Never experienced or heard of it.... But sound painful

I've done some researched and from what I have read it could be some kind of light trauma like bailing out of a vehicle( which he has done).Or fungal yikes

ugh... Keep us posted so we can learn and maybe help along the way to his healing

Try googling "pododermatitis". Also dogs do get nail fungus issues, but you might need a dermatology specialist to get it managed.

Have not experienced it, but hope he gets better soon.

OK so off we went to the vet and his nails are just really bruised and she said they won't fall off..Apparently his Superman leap awhile back may have been the culprit.lol.Never a dull moment!!!
