Just read an article that interviewed Jason Cranford owner of South Park Farma cannabis company and founder of the H.O.P.E. foundation. He asserts that 70 percent of CBD products he had tested were found "highly contaminated" with heavy metals like lead and arsenic, herbicides like glyphosate (the active ingredient in RoundUp) and a host of other contaminants including pesticides, BPA and toxic mold. 70% of US hemp is grown in China. Apparently the hemp plant sucks up toxic heavy metals very efficiently and is used as a cover crop to clean the soil before the next crop is grown. Make sure your CBD product is grown in USA in an organic farm.

Yes only buy with certifications from Canada or USA... also it’s the 2 main countries that’s it’s legal.

Hey, guys, come on, everybody in America uses Round Up for everyday weeding on their lawns! If you don’t use it, your hOA garden team does! And absolutely USA agriculture runs on Round Up unfortunately! Round Up is everywhere...European countries consider banning it, Austria and France I think already did.

Unlikely to be banned in North America, since Monsanto markets genetically modified seeds for corn, soybean, canola and sugar beets. These plants can be sprayed with Roundup and not get harmed but the weeds around them are killed. Even non GMO crops can get sprayed with glyphosphate 2 weeks before harvest to dry them up. So most non organic crops in North America are full of glyphosphate residues. How many of our dog foods have organic ingredients? Very few. They may be "all natural" which means they don't contain GMO plants, but that doesn't mean they weren't sprayed with glyphosphate to dry them up before harvesting, so they are far from organic. And even if they weren't sprayed with glyphosphate 2 weeks before harvesting chances are the soil is sprayed with glyphosphate after harvest to cut down on weeds before the next crop is seeded leaving residues in the soil. So really they are using marketing when they use their "natural ingredient" claim.
