It was good! It was a recipe from my mom when I was kid! Not sure but she always called it pastavasul (not sure of the spelling lol). It's made with fried bacon & onions and kidney beans, diced tomatoes and pasta. It's really good on a cold day. Of course not nearly as good as my moms.

I actually looked it up before I made it and found that pasta e fagioli. Lol. I saw some with ground beef but she always made it with bacon so I thought maybe it was not that. Whatever it's called Bella enjoyed her little taste! Lol

That's the closest I've seen! She used diced tomatoes in place of the spaghetti sauce and no celery or parsley. I do love it though! I wish she were here to make it for me...
