And She's Off

I always check this thread to see what your daughter's latest adventure is going to show us. Love her photos. Please wish her to have alot of fun out there and be safe!!!

They are heading to Rome in the morning and on Tuesday she will be at the Vatican. I may not be Catholic myself but that is one place on my bucket list to see before I die.

Just amazing stuff to relate to and great pics, thank you, Todd,

Am praying for her & her group every step of the way

Texas Carol This has helped provide me a bit of sanity while she is gone. The pic below is from their tour of the Colosseum. My daughter is in standing in the back row the 2nd from the right.

Ahhh to be young again! What a lucky kid and very pretty to boot! So big of you to let her experience the world. Love all her pictures! keep them coming.

What a wonderful trip she is having!!! Such a lucky girl, and I hope she carries these memories with her forever.

Final day in Europe for my daughter today. The last major tour she got to go on was of the Catacombe San Sebastino (Catacombs of Saint Sebastian). Sadly no pictures are allowed to be taken on this tour, but with a quick search I was able to find a few of the things that she probably got to see while she was there.

She has one more night of shopping and minor touring before heading home via Paris in the morning where it will be time for me to be crazy daddy and track flights all over again.

Oh she's gonna LOVE Paris!!! :w00t: That's so cool that you can track her flight...

She will only be in Paris for her 3 hour layover so she won't see much of anything. However, if she goes on the trip next summer she will get 3 days in Paris. :)

It's the last day already? :( Please thank her for sharing her adventures with us. I toured vicariously through her (and her camera) lol.

I have been loving all the pics on here and FB, such a wonderful experience she get's to partake in. I am sure a trip she will never forget.

Well baby girl has been home for a day now and she is still adjusting to the time change and such which is to be expected. We looked at all her pictures last night and she got some amazing shots and had a fantastic time. Instead of trying to post a bunch of final pictures here is a link to a short video that her teacher put together to sum up their trip. Mam

Amazing video :w00t: I'm so glad that your baby girl got the opportunity to take this trip. I lived in Germany for 3 years in my early twenties, and it forever changed me. I got bitten by the travel bug… Just wish I had the funds to go with that lifestyle… Lol
