Some do some don't. Harlea's get done each time she goes to the groomers.

Vegas is a little over 6. Every since he was about 1 yr old he has had to go about every 6-7 weeks to get them internally expressed. (HE let's me know when, lol) We tried doing them ourselves, but I felt we weren't doing it right. When I say "we" I mean my hubby with a rubber glove and lube. So it really depends on the bully, unfortunately we are not one of the lucky ones and have them done often. Good thing is the Vet does not do them, the Vet Tech does, so no Vet visit $$, They charge us $17. to get them internally expressed.

It really depends on the bully how often. Vegas let's us know when by rubbing his behind on the area rug!!

It should happen naturally, but some have issue with it and a groomer can do them for you or the vet. There is a video on here under 'bulldog info' on how to do them yourself
