Our dog trainer said if you don't neuter your male it's good for their health if you can help them out... hm

He does this when he's asleep and awake. I call it his "thumpity thump thump". Wilson will get quite ahhhhhhhhh, how do I say this.
Swollen and purple. It's a bit alarming at first but after it happens often I just shake my head at him.
