A 'delicate' question

Stevie Ray seems to have a rather delicate problem. From the time we brought her home, she has never been able to clean her genital area herself. When she needs assistance with it she will do what we call the HooHaw Hula. She basically sits and rocks back and forth as if trying to dry herself off. After me cleaning her the first few times, she has now learned that when she sees the kleenex coming she just rolls over onto her back and presents me with her vulva for cleaning. It is quite hysterical. Because she seems to be so wet there all the time, I just clean her off a couple of times a day. I hate to think what the urine is doing to her skin. I am curious if anyone else has a female bulldog who does this.

Thank you!!! We couldn't adore her anymore than we already do! She really has great markings. I picked her at 3 weeks old.

Bullies in general cannot reach their backsides to clean themselves like most other dogs so we have to help them with hoo hoo and butt wiping.

Baby wipes are top of the shopping list of every Bulldog owner. Feel lucky that your girl doesn't have a tight tail. Sometimes it can be hard to chase the little buggers down with a jar of baby rash cream.
