It's pretty good in our house..... as long as I feed the cat first! He is the pest. I usually feed at 7 am and 5 pm but he starts coming around and yowling about 1/2 to an hour before and starts to get the dogs wound up so I am well trained and feed him first. All is calm then. When I am preparing their meals, Barney (our Dachshund), gets between me and the kitchen cabinets just in case I might drop something. Monty sits in the middle of the kitchen and drools, it's like turning on the tap! It is the only time he drools though so no problem. Barney is fed in the utility room and Monty in the kitchen. Both love their food but Barney is always finished first and if I don't watch him will try and push Monty out of the way to finish his too. There is never a crumb left.
