I know of a website, that has food rating/review and a list of all recalls by date with lots of info on it by the FDA. It also has a function that you can enter your email to get an automatic notification once a recall is announced. It lists the recalls for food, and treats. I think they have recalls for pretty much anything edible. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post the site on here, if I am someone let me know! Lol. It's a great resource that we used a lot when I worked at a pet store specializing in foods.
