This or That: Tea or Coffee?

I like black coffee not to strong. I do not like percolated coffee thou so when we come to America each year for our holiday I go and buy a jar of Instant coffee.

My mom was a big coffee drinker and I use to HATE that smell every morning before going to school. Once I got a job working graveyard...coffee became my best friend. It was that or accept pills that I was offered at work. I've gone through a lot of coffeemakers since then.

I love coffee ... Have to monitor myself carefully otherwise I end up drinking it 24/7 and when I don't ... Bring on the headaches! (which I get already but are more extreme with the lack of caffeine). I do love a cup of tea though too ... Started drinking Earl Grey decaf when I was pregnant ... Yummmm! I try to stick to one cup of half-caff coffee and my EG tea. However, my husband got us into this uber expensive coffee that is soooo good (Blue Mountain - anyone ever heard of it??). We get a French press of it when we treat ourselves to breakfast every so often. Good thing I can't afford that at home ... I'd never put it down!

Strong, black coffee, no sugar at work, then decaf green tea,no sugar in the evening. I can't stand sweet tea or coffee at all, but I'll eat sweet junk all day long. ;p
